Chopra Yoga

As a Certified Chopra Yoga Instructor, I infuse traditional Hatha yoga practice with the spiritual principles detailed in Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga. Private and group yoga sessions are available in-person or online.

Yoga means many things to many people.

For some, it's an effective physical fitness trend that strengthens while improving flexibility and balance. For others, it can be a self-care experience - a way to relax, manage stress, improve sleep, and increase energy and vitality. It can also be a therapeutic practice, helping relieve arthritis symptoms and back pain.

According to ancient Vedic scholars, yoga is a science - a study of the body and its connection with the source of existence.
For over 5,000 years, Yoga has been taught to reinforce the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. It involves physical movement and mental focus, but ultimately yoga is a deeper spiritual practice that's been proven by modern science to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, increase energy, improve sleep quality, mood and overall well-being.

There’s a flow that’s natural to everyone’s life, and Chopra Yoga helps to replace resistance, disorder, effort, and struggle with an easier way of living. This practice blends the wisdom of the four soul intentions with physical poses, hand gestures, sounds and vibrations, breathwork, and self-reflection to help manifest them in your daily life.

Yoga, in its truest form, is a comprehensive system for living - a philosophy that permeates every aspect of your life, both on and off the mat.

Through the practice of Chopra Yoga, you will reclaim the joy and health of your body, discover the love and compassion of your heart, awaken to the capacity of your mind, and return back to the lightness of your being. And that’s all you really need for every other experience you want in life.
